Our sole aim is to ensure projects are delivered in a pre-defined period whilst helping clients to save money and avoid the endless pitfalls, costs and over runs that are so common in construction. This is achieved through hands on site visits, regular stakeholder meetings and rigid organisation and oversight. Our role is to ensure budgets and timescales are adhered to and the best quality dwellings are produced.

Contractor Tendering
Couloir Property Consultants will source, tender and appoint a main contractor on behalf of the client. Exacting construction management will be undertaken, ensuring control of project quality and cost. Regular reporting to the client, to ensure project is meeting cost, design and timing parameters. Final payments made only at the satisfactory completion of the project and issuance of relevant Certification.
Subcontractor Tendering
Couloir Property Consultants, in partnership with our contracting arm Copa Construction will act as the main contractor, sourcing and appointing from a long established pool of trusted professionals and sub contractors. Plant and materials are sourced directly, affording our client accountability and cost savings. Allows some flexibility for design variations. Ensures all relevant certification and specialist services.
Public Private Partners
Couloir Property Consultants offer construction property management skills to the Public Sector. We are aware many local authorities and housing associations have the land and assets for the creation of social housing but currently lack people resources, expertise and experience to get projects off the ground. We can add considerable experience and specialist expertise to the process.
